Proposed Budget Amendment for 2020-2021 Fiscal Year
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of the city of Cottonwood Heights (the 'City') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 17 November 2020, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical, at 2277 East Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the City's proposed amended budget for its 2020-2021 fiscal year (the 'Amendment'). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.944.7000 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
NOTE, HOWEVER, that if COVID-19 public meeting restrictions and the Utah Governor's Order No. 2020-05 are still in effect as of the hearing date, the aforementioned public hearing will occur only electronically, as follows: The public may remotely hear the open portions of the meeting through live broadcast by connecting to http://mixlr.com/chmeetings; and public comments may be submitted to the City Recorder by email at Recorder@ch.utah.gov up to 5:00 p.m., MST. Comments received after 5:00 p.m., MST, on the hearing date will be forwarded to the city council, but not read into the meeting record or addressed during the meeting. A Zoom meeting link will be included in the posted agenda for the 17 November 2020 city council business meeting for those who wish to voice their comments during the public hearing.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify Paula Melgar, City Recorder, at 801-944-7021 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you would like to submit written comments on any agenda item they should be received by Paula Melgar, City Recorder no later than Tuesday at noon. Comments can be emailed to pmelgar@ch.utah.gov
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
