Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Thursday, November 5th, 2020. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Remarks b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commission's attention. 1. Report on Town Council Meeting by John Rosenberger. 2. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from October 1st, 2020. 3. Discussion and possible action on approval for a lot line adjustment for Neil & Sherie Ewell on parcel #38.321.0001 & 29.030.0034. 4. Discussion and possible action on a final plat for the Genola Farms Subdivision Phase 1. Property owned by JDH Development located approximately at 800 E 400 N Parcel #: 29.030.0059. 5. Discussion and possible action on a Mining Ordinance draft. 6. Discussion on recommendations for a new planning commission chairman. Please notify the Town Clerk of your needs at least 48 hours in advance. Copy of the agenda was delivered to the Mayor, and Planning Commission members.
