- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 5th of November, 2020 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Report of officers Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery Council Member Chylene Whipple - Buildings and Economic Development Council Member Mary Devonshire - Town Park Council Member Eric Wells - Sewer and Water Mayor Jeff Pei - Roads Treasurer - Jessica Alvey Clerk - Lisa Wells Tabled Business: New Business: Krystal Tucker Utah Division of Wildlife Resources aquatic invasive species and a mandatory inspection station in Hanksville State of Utah Coronavirus Relief Fund grants to Hanksville businesses Public Comment: Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 5.2.44 Dated this 3rd day of November, 2020 Lisa J.
