TOWN of PORTAGE Wednesday, November 4, 2020 Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday, November, 2020, at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. This meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Approve October 7, 2020 Planning and Zoning minutes 2. Member Lasa: Discuss, create, and approve proposed additions to the Town of Portage ordinances: The proposed changes will not be official until a properly advertised public hearing is held, where the final votes will be cast A. Multi-family structures: Tiny home, duplexes, twin homes, townhouses, apartments and etc. Multiple section parts for reference 3. Re-visit, discuss and vote: proposed changes to entire section 103.0 Administration (which was displayed in detail for the September and October meetings) The proposed changes will not be official until a properly advertised public hearing is held, where the final votes will be cast A. 103.0 Administration B. 103.1 Zoning Administrator - Authority C. 103.2 Amendments to Zoning Ordinances D. 103.3 Building Permits - Site Plan Required E. 103.4 Building and Occupancy Permits Required F. 103.5 Building and Occupancy Permits to Comply with this Code G. 103.6 Fee for Permits and Amendments H. 103.7 Inspection and Approval Required Prior to Occupancy I. 103.8 Penalties J. Discuss and vote adding 4. Discuss and vote: Add 107.9 Kennel to, section 107.0 ANIMAL AND FOWL REGULATIONS of the ordinances (see 2019 changes) The proposed changes will not be official until a properly advertised public hearing is held, where the final votes will be cast 5. Discuss possible fees to sent to Town Council A. Building permit B. Roads impact C. Park impact D. Fire impact 6. Discuss and vote: Welcome Pack: General information A. water impact and hookup fee document B. section 115.4 SETBACKS AND MINIMUM LOT SIZES DIAGRAMS C. maps with land information are available, including a sensitive land map that is located on the wall in the Town Hall D. 107.0 Animal and Fowl regulations E.
