Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE ADOPTION OF THE CEDAR CITY VALLEY GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN This is notice of the State Engineer's intention to adopt a groundwater management plan for Cedar City Valley in Iron County. The groundwater management plan will be adopted 60 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the plan is available on the Division's website at www.waterrights.utah.gov or upon request to the following address: Division of Water Rights 1594 West North Temple Suite 220 P.O.
