The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 10th day of November 2020 at 6:00 p.m. This Commission meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Commission members will connect remotely. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join the audio via telephone. The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.

4. Discussion and action on an application for a building permit to build an addition to the existing home located at 142 E. Main Street, Rockville - Alex Pelton
5. Discussion and action on an application for a fence greater than 6' and a building permit for an attached garage located at 20 N. Dennett Lane in Rockville - Daron Cook
6. Discussion and action on the tabled application for determination of Legal Non-Conforming Use for Parcel R-1280-A-2-A (Cox Trust Property) and Parcel R-1280-A-1-B (Alan & Clayton Lee Property) - Heath H. Snow, Esq. for Tracy Cox, Allen Lee and Clayton Lee
7. Discussion and action on the amendments to the Rockville Town Land Use Code, Ordinances and General Plan.
8. Approval of the minutes for the October 13, 2020 Regular Meeting.

2. Planning Commission Administrative Business
a. This is Joyce's last official meeting; we are in the process of recruiting a new member to the Planning Commission.
b. Jane Brennan and Linda Brinkley's terms expire effective December 31, 2020. Reapplying?
c. The Christmas Dinner Social for this year has been cancelled.
d. Next Planning Commission meeting will be January 12, 2021.
