Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN FOR FIRE SERVICE WITHIN RIVERTON CITY, UTAH Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 11-36a-501, Riverton City hereby gives notice that it intends to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan for Fire, Paramedic, and Emergency Service within Riverton City. The proposed Impact Fee Analysis for Fire Service will be instituted city-wide. See attached notice for Map. Said service shall be provided primarily from three stations at the following locations: 1. Station 120: 13000 South 2700 West, Riverton, Utah. 2. Station 121: 4146 West 12600 South, Riverton, Utah. 3. Station 124: 12662 South 1300 West, Riverton, Utah.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
