MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2008, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2008 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Approval of minutes. 3. Business licenses: a. Big Bubba’s Trailer Sales & Manufacturing, 1759 W 12th St, trailer sales. b. Allied Waste Services, 798 W 17th St., solid waste collection and disposal. c. Hancock Insurance, 1920 W 250 N, Suite #12, Insurance Company d. DeLair Insurance Mgmt, 1920 W 250 N, Suite #9, Insurance Company e. G-Force Enterprises, LLC, 812 W 17th Street, wood pallets and snow removal. f. Perkes Roofing, 1073 W 1500 S, Roofing Business 4. Report of the Annual Independent Audit Report: Steve Davis. 5. Report on Weber Pathways: Randy Phipps, City Trails Coordinator. 6. Annual Community Awards: Keith H. Butler. 7. Emergency Management Training for Elected Officials, Thursday, January 29, 2009, from 6:00-9:00 PM, at the West Point City Hall, 3200 W 300 N, West Point, Utah. 8. Set meeting schedule for 2009. 9. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 10. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, sent via U.S. Mail to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. Said notice and agenda was also posted with the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website Administrator, hand delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about December 12, 2008. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on Pioneer Road, 3) America First at 12th & 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
