NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT AMENDMENTS
PUBLIC HEARINGS
FARMINGTON CITY
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearings to consider amendments to Section 11-18-040 of the Zoning Ordinance, and other sections, regarding regulating plan standards including block dimensions (ZT-18-20), and a recommendation to repeal Section 11-13-080 of the Zoning Ordinance titled 'Apartment Dwelling Groups'. (ZT-19-20)
The public is invited to attend the hearings and give written or verbal comments.
