Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend an electronic public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 7:00 pm. The City Council will be considering a request from Mark Garza, representing Holmes Jordan Bluffs LLC, for a 10-unit Preliminary Condominium Plat for Phase 1b of the Jordan Heights at View 78 (formerly Jordan Bluffs Condos) project located at 741 W Sky Mirror Ln. This meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting. All those interested in participating may do so by viewing the meeting through the City's website at https://www.midvalecity.org/how-do-i/listen-to-public-meetings. All comments will be presented to and considered by the Council and made part of the public record.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
