- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Monday, November 2, 2020. Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. Meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. Due to the COVID-19 recommendations, attendance in person may be limited, as determined by applicable restrictions in place on the meeting date. Residents may participate in the meeting via Zoom. Please call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS. a. Glen & Patricia Wahlberg and Ron Bray, Discussion concerning acquiring Railroad Property next to Haulage Road/concern of being landlocked. b.
