- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL NOVEMBER 3, 2020 10:30 A.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Springville City seeking site plan amendment approval for the addition of an outdoor pickleball court area at the Clyde Recreation Center located at 717 S 1200 W. 2. Jeremy Congdon seeking site plan approval for the Etch and Ember office/warehouse located at 1741 W 500 N in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on 10/30/2020. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
