- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that: Washington City Council will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday November 12, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider a Height Waiver, HW-20-03, request of 5 feet for a new home in Northbridge Estates lot 243, located 1522 North Harvard Ave. Applicants: Larry and Karen Westover. Individuals wishing to speak on this application, at the hearing, will need to direct their comments toward health, safety, and general welfare that the City Council should consider and not whether the use should be permitted or not. You are welcome to submit in writing your comments or concerns through the posted agenda 'Item Available for Public Comment' at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings the link will remain open for comments the Friday before the meeting until the close of the public hearing by the Planning Commission. If you feel you still have to attend the meeting please contact the City Recorder at 435-656-6308 or by email at recorder@wahsingtoncity.org. Agenda's will be available the Friday before the meeting online at www.utah.gov/pmn and www.washingtoncity.org The meeting will be held at the Washington City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.
