- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOVEMBER 10, 2020 and DECEMBER 3, 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to review a proposal to amend Land Use Definitions and Regulations in Title 19, 'Zoning', Chapter 19.02, 'Definitions', Chapter 19.06, 'Land Use Regulations', Section 19.06.030 'Home Occupation, and other potential Sections of Title 19, 'Zoning' to provide for new land use definitions, and amend regulatory standards for home occupation businesses as an accessory use to primary residential uses. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. regarding the same issue. The hearings will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission and City Council meetings. Public comments are welcomed.
