Wednesday, November 4, 2020 Amended Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. on November 4, 2020. Preliminary Business A. 2700 North Interchange Study 3. Zone Change (Public Hearing) and Preliminary Plat A. HURST SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-1-6 allowing for development of 18 single-family homes located at approximately 3200 East 1530 South. 4. Conditional Use Permit (Public Hearing) A. 2500 EAST T-MOBILE CELL TOWER. The proposal involves upgrading equipment on an existing tower located at 2500 East Canyon Road 5. Annexation A. SWIFT CREEK. The proposal requests that 40 acres located at approximately 3100 East 950 South be annexed into the City. 6. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing) A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS 7. Adjourn
