- NOTICE The Utility Board will meet on October 29th , at 6:00 p.m. M.D.T. At 320 East Newel Ave, Hildale UT 84784 AGENDA: 1. Call to Order 2. Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance 3. Public Comment 4. Approval of Meeting Minutes 5. Financial Report 6. Director Report 7. Water Operations Update 8. Consideration and Possible Action on Water Department Well Purchase 9. Discussion on Maxwell Park Policies 10. Adjournment IMPORTANT: By order of the Chairperson of the Board, all attendees will be required to have masks.
