- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings via electronic or telephonic means on November 10, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The hearings include: - A proposal to amend the Brylee Farms Preliminary Plat regarding open space amenities; - A master site plan proposal for Silver Fox Cascade including the Cascade Collision Auto Repair located at the corner of Pony Express Parkway & Porter's Crossing; and - A proposed code amendment to remove tier & bonus density language within EMMC Titles 7, 16, and 17. Those interested in the hearings are encouraged to provide public comment through voicemail at 801-789-6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
