MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2020 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of Business Licenses: a. Subi City Auto, 777 West 12th Street. b. Ramblin Roads Restaurant, 1720 West 12th Street. c. Rocky Mountain Dermatology, 1920 West 250 North. d. A Insurance, 517 North 2000 West. 4. Discussion/action on Ordinance for zoning map amendment from A-1 to C-3P for distribution warehouse by Gardner Batt at approximately 700 North 1800 West. 5. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting Commercial Zone Site Development and Streetscapes. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance repealing ans re-enacting the Title 10 entitled Transportation Code. 7. Discussion/action on repurpose and renovation of the historic dairy building. 8. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 9. Closed executive session in accordance with the purposes set forth in Utah Code 52-4-205. 10. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about October 15, 2020. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
