- SPECIAL PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA FOR OCTOBER 29TH, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council will hold a special city council meeting beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 29th, 2020. The Council will meet in the Parowan City Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. Social distancing practices will be in place. The public is welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. Call to Order: Mayor Preston Griffiths Declaration of Conflicts with or Personal Interest in any Agenda Items by Councilmembers ACTION MEETING 1. Carbon Free Power Project Withdrawal/Reduction - Resolution 2020-10-02 2.
