- Riverton City Invitation for Bid # CC20-388 1300 West 'S' Curve Improvements Project Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 1300 West 'S' Curve Project. Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on November 23, 2020 and because of COVID-19, must be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bidders may request to attend the opening through a Zoom meeting by contacting the purchasing department. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. An electronic format of the bid package including plans may be obtained through the purchasing website. https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php

Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
