- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION Common Wall Subdivision Application for 181 S Main Street Notice is hereby given that the Monticello Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 5, 2020, beginning at 6:30 p.m., digitally due to COVID-19 The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments from the public regarding a subdivision application filed by W-3 Holdings for the creation of one lot, located 181 S Main Street. Written comments may be submitted to Cindi Holyoak, Recorder, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah, 84535, prior to the scheduled hearing. The Planning Commission will be considering recommendation to City Council for final approval, immediately following the public hearing.
