- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SYNOPSIS OF INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SALT LAKE CITY AND SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City ('RDA') and Salt Lake City ('City') executed an Interlocal and Cooperation Agreement ('Agreement') on October 23, 2020. Pursuant to the Agreement, the City agrees and consents that the RDA shall be entitled to retain seventy-five percent of the City's portion of the tax increment from the 9 Line Community Reinvestment Area for twenty years. Copies of the Agreement in its entirety are available for review on the front counter of the Salt Lake City Recorder's temporary office location, 349 East 200 South, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, during regular business hours. The Agreement will also be posted on the RDA's website at http://slcrda.com/current-work. This Agreement shall take effect immediately upon the date of its first publication. (T 18-4)
