Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Council has passed Ordinance O-20-07 annexing certain real property and extending the corporate limits of Garland City. The real property hereby annexed is owned by Ashlee Meadows LLC (Tax ID No. 06-056-0028) and is within the areas defined in the Future Annexation Policy Plan for future expansion by Garland City. The Agriculture Zone, A-1, will be applied. The property is located at approximately 900 West Factory Street in an unincorporated area of Box Elder County.
