COMMUNITY FACILITIES GRANT AGREEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of the agreement to purchase police vehicles. 9. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR E.A.S.Y. DUI ENFORCEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of MOU. 10. PRICE CITY ART DISPLAY POLICY - Consideration and possible approval of the Price City Art Display Policy. 11.
