PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UTAH VALLEY ROAD SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah October 28, 2020 - 3:00 PM AGENDA 1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE DECEMBER 10, 2019 UTAH VALLEY ROAD SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT PUBLIC MEETING. 2. REVIEW, CONSIDER, AND TENTATIVELY ADOPT THE 2021 TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE UTAH VALLEY ROAD SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT. 3. SET A DATE, TIME AND LOCATION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS THE 2021 BUDGET FOR THE UTAH VALLEY ROAD SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT; SUGGESTED DATE: DECEMBER 9, 2021 AT 3:00 PM IN ROOM 1400 OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT 100 EAST CENTER STREET IN PROVO. PUBLIC COMMENTS In compliance with the American With Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Alice Black at (801)851-8111 at least three days prior to the meeting.
