Description/Agenda: The Nibley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following Ordinances: Ordinance 20-19: An Ordinance to allow 'florist' in R-1 and R-1A zones Ordinance 20-20: An Ordinance establishing a time limit and a deposit requirement to install landscaping for new construction The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on a Final Plat: Ridgeline Park, Phases 1-3, located at approximately 340 W 3200 S (Applicant: Visionary Homes) When: Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
