- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED. Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on Aug 25, and Sept 8, 2020. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED. Consider approving the warrants for May, June, July, Aug, and Sept 2020. 7. BUSINESS a. Consider approving a 5-year No Occupancy Oil and Gas Lease with S&K Energy. b. Consider approving an application to the Joint Highway Committee and determine if the project area should be 500 North or Center Street. c. Review and discuss cost estimates for a section of sidewalk along 500 East from approximately 750 North down to 600 North. d. Review and discuss increases to the water and sewer fees. e. Review and discuss changes to the annexation policy as it relates to water. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. ADJOURNMENT
