- VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held November 4, 2020 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Town Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: A. ORDINANCE #2020-42 AMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 32 (RESIDENTIAL ZONE) OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). B. ORDINANCE # 2020-43 AMMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 34 (RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE) OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). C. ORDINANCE #2020-44 MOVING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 50 (CONGREGATE LIVING FACILITIES) TO CHAPTER 16 (STANDARDS FOR CONDITIONS BY USE). D. ORDINANCE #2020-45 AMMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 50 and 2.12 (GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY BETWEEN OTHER SECTIONS OF VULU. E. ORDINANCE #2020-46 AMMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 42 IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY AND COMPATABILITY BETWEEN OTHER SECTIONS OF VULU. F. ORDINANCE #2020-47 AMENDING CHAPTER THIRTY, ADDING ZONE AND USE CHART AND AMENDING CHAPTER 50, MOVING CLF USES TO CHAPTER 30 OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU').
