Public hearing and recommendation of Billy Meadows' request for review of a Development Code Amendment, to Chapter 39 and the Table of Uses 05.030.B, amending the definition of Dog Care Facility. 2.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's requests for review of a Development Code amendment to Table 05.030.C, adding Pet Grooming as a permitted use in the Mixed Use zone. 2.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 21, Temporary Uses, clarifying and updating the duration allowance for food trucks. 3.
