- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 4 and Tuesday, November 17, at 6:00 p.m. Proposed Conditional Use Permit located at 2500 East Canyon Road for approximately 2.07 acres. Zoning Map Amendment from R-R to R-1-6 located at 3200 East 1530 South for approximately 4.28 acres. Proposed Text Amendments to Title 15, the City's Zoning Code. Planning Commission will be held in the Spanish Fork City Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork and City Council will be held in the High Chaparral at 475 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
