- Spring City Council Work-Meeting Agenda Wednesday, October 21, 2020, 6:30 p.m. An Electronic Meeting will be held to manage the threat of the Covid-19 virus. The public is welcome to attend by following the instructions below: 1. Review of Personnel Policies 3. CARES Act Purchases 4. Clarification on City Building Use 5. Volunteer Contracts 6. Discussion on Ordinance 10-6G-2 Permitted Uses of Recreational Vehicles 7. Discussion of Farm Fertilization in City Limits and Buffer Zone 8. Employee Christmas Party 9. Moving Employee from Seasonal/Temporary to Part or Full Time Employment.
