Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. Because of the need for proper public notice, immediate action cannot be taken in the Planning Commission Meeting. If action is necessary, the item will be listed on a future agenda. However, the Planning Commission may elect to discuss the item if it is an immediate matter of concern. 3. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL: None 4. BUSINESS ITEMS: None 5. WORK SESSION 5.1 ZTA Parking Regulations: VZC 15.38.030(2)[c] The Planning Commission will discuss a zoning text amendment from Jason Peery for parking regulations of indoor recreational uses. 5.2 ZTA Front Yard Parking Coverage: VZC 15.38.030(2)[b] The Planning Commission will discuss a City-initiated, zoning text amendment regarding front yard parking coverage allowances. 5.3 ZTA Home Occupations: VZC 15.34.150 The Planning Commission will discuss allowing the use of accessory structures for home occupations. 5.4 ZTA Accessory Structures within Side Yards: VZC 15.34.030 The Planning Commission will discuss allowances for accessory structures within side yards and applicable setback regulations for residential pools. 6. COMMISSION MEMBERS' REPORTS AND EX PARTE DISCUSSION DISCLOSURE 7. ADJOURNMENT The Public is invited to participate in all Planning Commission meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this public meeting should notify Briam Amaya Perez, Planner II, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
