c. Commercial Site Plan, John Linton with Holiday Oil is requesting Commercial Site Plan approval for a gas station/convenience store to be located at 4185 West 12600 South.
d. Zone Text Change, Megan Mendoza on behalf of Prime Auto Glass is requesting a text amendment to the Table of Commercial Uses Chart allowing 'Auto glass repair and retail' as a permitted use in the Commercial Downtown Zone.
