- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 20 October 2020, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 15 September 2020 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Nathan Vineyard, concerning construction of house at approximately 60 E Center St b. Dexter & Katherine Schiers, concerning construction of 'mother-in-law house/apt' combined with shop at 415 South 200 West 5. Business: 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
