MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council and the Kaysville Planning Commission will hold a joint work session on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, starting at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. This work session is open to the public for anyone wishing to attend, however no public comment will be taken. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, attendance will be limited to less than 50 individuals, including Council and Staff. Masks are recommended, and all of those in attendance will be required to participate in a socially distant manner. The agenda will be as follows: 1. OPENING. 2. GENERAL DISCUSSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: a. Format of public meetings. b. Future vision of Kaysville City. 3. ADJOURNMENT. No action will be taken at this meeting. If you are planning to attend this public meeting and need special assistance due to a disability, please contact the Kaysville City Offices at (801) 546-1235 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be held and we will try to provide whatever assistance may be required. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
