- CITY OF WEST JORDAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING An electronic public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Amending the 2009 City Code Sections 13-7C, and 13-7D regarding processes from Planning Commission recommendation and Council public hearings - Amending the 2009 City Code Section 13-5C Planned Community (PC) and Planned Residential Development (PRD) Zones regarding Open Space and Master Development Agreement requirements and residential density This will be an electronic meeting in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207(4) and may be viewed on the City of West Jordan's YouTube channel at https://bit.ly/WestJordan. If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit our website at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/agendas approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for the agenda packet and login information. Comments may also be provided prior to the meeting by calling the 24-Hour Public Comment line at (801)569-5052 or by sending an email to councilcomments@westjordan.utah.gov. - Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
- One or more council members may participate electronically in this meeting by way of telephone, FaceTime, Skype, or other comparable online video conferencing technology per Utah Code (ยง52-4-207) and West Jordan City Ordinance 1-13-1-E. Members participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
