NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on October 20, 2020 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2020-060) authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement between American Fork City, Cedar Hills City, Highland City and Pleasant Grove City for the Mill Ditch Enclosure Project and providing an effective date. To consider authorizing the Mayor to sign Evermore Park's request for Local Consent as required for a State Liquor License and to approve their application for an On-Premise Full-Service Restaurant Liquor License for Vander's Keep, located at approximately 382 S Evermore Lane, Pleasant Grove, UT. To consider for adoption an Ordinance (2020-21) amending Title 2 Chapter 2 Subsection C 'Historic Preservation Commission' of the Pleasant Grove Municipal Code adjusting the number of members of the Commission and the terms of Chair and Vice-Chair and approving the Historic Preservation Commission Bylaws and providing an effective date.
