AGENDA FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF SALINA CITY #2 SPECIAL MEETING at the Salina City Hall 90 West Main Street, Salina, Utah 8:00 P.M. October 20, 2020 Meeting Called by: Mayor Jed Maxwell Recurring Business: None Visitors: None AGENDA TOPICS Mayor Jed Maxwell: Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Municipal Building Authority of Salina City #2, Sevier County, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2020 to finance the cost of acquiring fire trucks and related public safety equipment; calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the acquisition of the public safety equipment to be funded by the Bonds; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transaction contemplated.
