October 20, 2020 Meeting Called by: Mayor Jed Maxwell Recurring Business: None Visitors: None AGENDA TOPICS Mayor Jed Maxwell: Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Municipal Building Authority of Salina City #2, Sevier County, Utah Equipment Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2020 to finance the cost of acquiring fire trucks and related public safety equipment; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transaction contemplated.
