- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS OCTOBER 27, 2020 AND NOVEMBER 19, 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 1.13 acres of property from CP-1 (Planned Neighborhood Commercial) to M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing/Industrial). The property is located at approximately 1370 West Gentile Street. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
