Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Cheryl Peck. 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from September 22, 2020 2. Acceptance of a grant of $5,000 from the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation to help pay for a new roof on the Carnegie Library building. 3. Deputy's Report 4. Business License (Baver Outdoor Accessories) 5. Public Hearing on Ordinance 2020-17, an Ordinance rezoning Parcel Number 09-084-0041 from RMD (Residential Medium Density) to MF OVERLAY ZONE (Multiple-Family Dwelling Unit Overlay). The parcel is located at approximately 170 West 650 South and is 0.71 acres. 6. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2020-17 7. Discussion and possible vote on the Conditional-Use Permit request by Jennifer Hall to have a duplex on Parcel Number 09-084-0041 located at 170 West 650 South. The parcel is 0.71 acres. 8. Public Hearing on Ordinance 2020-18, an Ordinance rezoning Parcel Number 09-046-0013 from A-10 (Agricultural 10-Acre) to HC (Highway Commercial). The parcel is located at approximately 150 North 200 West and is 10.00 Acres. 9. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2020-18 10. Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plat for the Traveller Lane Subdivision, a (16) lot subdivision located at approximately 272 North 300 East. Zoned RMD (Residential Medium Density). 11. Discussion and possible vote on the Preliminary Plat for the Traveller Lane Subdivision. 12. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2020-08, a Resolution appointing Terrie Wierenga as a Trustee on the Cache Valley Transit District Board of Trustees. 13.
