Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF VARIANCE REQUEST Notice is hereby given that an application for a variance has been filed for the property located at 2370 West 5800 North, Amalga, Utah and a meeting has been set with the Amalga Town Administrative Appeals Hearing Officer to take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the Amalga City Offices, 6590 North 2400 West, Amalga, Utah. The purpose for the meeting with the Administrative Appeals Hearing Office is to address the applicant's request for a variance from the minimum lot size requirements set forth in the Amalga Town Land Management and Development Code.
