- NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. State OHV Fiscal Incentive Grant (FIT) - October 2020 Quarterly Application. 4. Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act Federal Funding (CARES ACT) - Appointment of Joan Powell to Represent Wellington City in Interlocal Agreement for City-County Act Distribution of Carbon County and Municipalities within Carbon County. 5.
