CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, WELCOME & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CONSENT AGENDA 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 2020 GENERAL BUSINESS / DISCUSSION ITEMS 3. READING OF SURPLUS SALE BIDS 4. RATIFICATION OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH JOHANSEN & TUTTLE ENGINEERING TO SURVEY MILLSITE GOLF 5. DISCUSSION TO RESCHEDULE NEXT MONTH'S COUNCIL MEETING ORDINANCES / RESOLUTIONS 6. ORDINANCE 2020-4: AMENDING TITLE 5 CHAPTER 3 TO ADDRESS CURFEWS -OR- RESTRICTING CAMPING ON ANY PUBLIC GROUNDS REPORTS 7. MAYOR AND COUNCIL REPORTS 8. GOLF COURSE AND MAINTENANCE REPORTS AND WORK ORDER REVIEW 9.
