RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Riverton City is proposing changes to Sections 17.15.030(2) and 18.215.020(10) allowing payment in lieu of dedication of water shares for new development. - Megan Mendoza on behalf of Prime Auto Glass is requesting a text amendment to the Table of Commercial Uses Chart allowing 'Auto glass repair and retail' as a permitted use in the Commercial Downtown Zone. - Riverton City is proposing changes to Chapter 18.135 regarding the required distance separating agricultural animals from other land uses. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov. Comment will also be taken at the meeting, subject to restrictions due to COVID-19.
