The proposal involves creating an industrial subdivision of 11 lots located at 1600 North Main Street. 3. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. HURST SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-1-6 to allow for development of a located at 3200 East 1530 South. 4. Final Plat A. RENAISSANCE PLACE FINAL PLAT AMENDMENT. The proposal involves amending the approved Final Plat for a 35 home townhome development located at approximately 40 N 920 W. 5. Concept Review A. CITY LIBRARY 6. Adjourn
