NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 13, 2020 AT 7:00 P.M. City Council Chambers 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 The Commissioners will meet for a briefing of the regular session agenda items at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting; however, no testimony will be heard, and no action will be taken on the agenda items. The regular session will follow immediately after the briefing meeting. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order - Approval of the Agenda - Approval of Minutes: September 8, 2020 Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda includes items that are administrative actions where no additional discussion is needed. When approved, the recommendations in the staff reports become the action of the Commission. A call for objection or comment will be made on the consent agenda items. If there is any opposition or comment, the item will be taken off the consent agenda and put on the regular administrative session meeting agenda for discussion. If there are no objections or comments, the item(s) will pass without further consideration 1. Shelby Homes seeking site plan approval for the Spring Pointe Lot 8 office/warehouse facility located at 752 N 2250 W in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 2. Bach Homes seeking a recommendation for final approval of The Meadows at Jessie's Brook, Phases 3 and 4 subdivision located in the area of 1200 W 1100 S in the R1-10 Residential Single-Family and Westfields Overlay Zones. 3. Chris McKay seeking plat amendment approval for the Powerhouse Industrial Park, which is an amendment of the Hobble Creek Business Park Subdivision located in the area of 948 W Raymond Klauck Way in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 4. Chris McKay seeking site plan approval of the Powerhouse Industrial Park office/warehouse facility located at 948 W Raymond Klauck Way in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 5. MCR Companies, LLC seeking a reduction to the parking requirements for the Rise facility located at 269 E 400 S in the CC Community Commercial Zone.
