DETERMINATION REGARDING CONDUCTING TOWN OF ALTA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING WITHOUT AN ANCHOR LOCATION The Planning Commission Chair hereby determines that conducting a meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location pursuant to Utah Code section 52-4-207(4) and Resolution 2020-R-12. The Chair relies upon the facts put forth by the Mayor in his October 9, 2020 Determination. Attendees can watch the meeting on YouTube via a link that will be posted on the Town's website at the start of the meeting here: https://townofalta.com/town-government/planning-commission/agendas-minutes/ 1) Introduction, determination letter reading, and welcome from the Chair. 2) Approval of minutes from the July 28, 2020, Planning Commission meeting. 3) Update on activities from the Alta Ski Lift Company. Mike Maughan. 4) Update on the status of the outdoor lighting effort (dark skies). 5) Update and discussion on the status of the Alta Community Center Feasibility Study. Jarrett Pelletier, Ennead Architects 6) New Business. 7) Date of next meeting. 8) Motion to adjourn.
