The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Creekside Meadows Subdivision consisting of 8 lots total, located at approximately 1100 South 200 East. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Amy Putnam for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a semi-permanent make-up business out of her home at 1502 South 25 West. Tax Id. #10-078-0002 c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Dean Kerr to complete the land swap with Wellsville City for property located at the Wellsville Rodeo Arena. Located at approximately 260 South 300 West. Tax Id. #10-025-0056 & Tax Id. #10-018-0006. 7. Jay Nielson - training for Planning Commission 8. Other zoning matters
