Meeting Called to Order 2. Approval of Minutes - August 15th, 2020 3. Discussion and Action: Update on application to include CPR/Certificates included with the application. See SPE Guidelines (attachment). Response time when an application is sent to SEC for approval, need a response back no later than three business days since we have to contact the Event Sponsor to discuss what additional documentation is needed. 4. After Action Review: Moab Music Festival - August 31st - September 14th Full-Size Invasion - September 9th - 14th Moab Century Tour - September 19th - 20th NICA High School Mtn. Bike Race - September 26th Moab 240 - October 9th - 13th MM Arches Half Marathon - October 11th 5. Upcoming Events: Moab 4X4 EXPO - October 26th - 31st Scots on the Rocks - November 6th - 8th Moab Trail Marathon - November 7th - 8th MM Deadhorse Ultra - November 21st MM Winter Sun 5K - December 5th 6. New Applications: Starting next year's events. 7. Topics for the next meeting: Meeting with the BLM on November 18th to discuss long term planning of events. Working with County Attorney on updating the ordinance. We will update the Special Events Application when the ordinance is updated. 8. Next Regular Meeting - December 9th, 2020 Adjournment Note: In accordance with ADA requirements, those needing assistance or accommodations need to notify the Travel Council at 259-1370 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
